CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

This Cancellation and Refund Policy, in conjunction with our posted Terms and Policies constitute a legally binding agreement (the “TERMS”) entered into between you (“You” or “Client”) and Digital Incubator Systems Limited dba Affiliate Institute and Ai Systems (“Ai” “us” or the “Company”) (each a “Party” and collectively the “Parties”) and governs your access to and use of our Product(s).

CANCELLATION/TERMINATION

Termination by Client: You may cancel at any time directly through your billing portal. Requests submitted via any other method are not accepted and do not constitute a valid cancellation request. Please be advised that account cancellation does not guarantee the issuance of any refund, it simply cancels your subscription and future billing along with account access and data retention, unless otherwise specified.

Failure to renew a subscription or failure to pay monthly subscription fees (whether due to Client having an expired or otherwise invalid credit card on file, unavailability of funds, or for any other reason) is considered Termination by Client and will result in cancellation of your subscription and future billing along with account access and data retention, unless otherwise specified, at the end of the billing period for which services were paid.

Termination by Company: The Company reserves the right to terminate an Agreement or Services at any time issuing a written notice of termination to you at the email address on file. Termination of a subscription by the Company will typically take effect at the end of the current billing period, however in the event Company terminates a subscription mid-cycle, a prorated refund in the event product has not been consumed/utilized in full may be granted by the Company.

REFUNDS UPON CANCELLATION/TERMINATION

No Right to Refund. Due to the digital nature and immediacy of availability of digital/software products, no right of refund exists on digital products or subscriptions.

To cancel and avoid future subscription charges, cancellation request must be submitted through your billing portal at least one business day in advance of such time your subscription renewal payment is scheduled to be processed. Software access will continue to be available through the last day of the paid billing period. Please note that requesting a cancellation of your subscription does not guarantee the issuance of any refund unless otherwise described herein.

Third Party Services. No refunds will be issued for any third-party services purchased. You are responsible for canceling any third-party subscription services, prior to the next billing cycle, in accordance with their terms. Please be advised that any formal agreement in place between you and the Company related to any purchase(s) along with any specific terms therein supersedes the terms described here and governs your Agreement with the Company. Ai carries no liability for costs or fees associated with third-party services.  

THIRD PARTY PURCHASES

Please be advised that this Cancellation and Refund Policy in no way governs purchases made from third-party organizations that are not owned/operated by us. Please refer to the terms and conditions of such purchase or contact the respective third-party organization for details related to your purchase.
